If you have purchased additional SANs and do not need them anymore, contact our Support Team and request a cancellation and refund.
Note, only unused additional SANs may be cancelled and refunded within standard Refund Grace Period for the certificates: within 90 days after the purchase.
If you have already activated the SAN for a particular domain name, and:
- Both this SAN and the certificate it is attached to are within the Refund Grace Period (15 days after the first issuance within 90 days after the purchase) - the refund for the whole order (certificate and the additional SAN) is possible;
- If the certificate is out of Refund Grace Period - no refund is available.
Please keep in mind that the validity
period and the price for the additional SAN (Subject Alternative Name,
additional domain in the Multi-Domain certificate), ordered
after the certificate purchase will not be pro-rated.
This means that:
- The SAN, added to the Multi-Domain certificate any time after its purchase, will cost the same price as the SAN ordered along with the Multi-Domain certificate during the initial purchase;
- The SAN will expire together with the certificate it is attached to regardless of the exact date of SAN's purchase.
