How to pay for a hosting package if I'm not its owner?
If you would like to pay for the renewal of a hosting account that does not belong to you, you will need to do the following:
Create a new Namecheap account and prefund it with the amount necessary for the package renewal.
The instructions on how to add money to your hosting account can be found in this article.
Reach out to our Billing/Sales team via Live Chat or email and let us know the username and the Support PIN of the new Namecheap account. Once we receive your request, we will withdraw the funds from your account and renew the package manually.
NOTE: We won't be able to provide you with access to the hosting account. Please get in touch with the account owner if you wish to gain access to it.
