Once the certificate is activated, it will be waiting for you to respond to complete the domain control validation.

Sectigo certificates will not be canceled unless you request cancellation submitting a ticket to our Support Team to(Product - SSL). Certificates from Sectigo can remain in awaiting validation status for an unlimited amount of time.
