Yes, the Domain Privacy service will be added to the Shopping Cart with each domain renewal, transfer, reactivation for free.
Also, you can set auto-renewal for the domain and privacy protection.
To do that, log into your account, go to Domain List, click on the Manage button next to your domain and find the Status&Validity section in the Domain tab. There, you will be able to toggle the button to enable the Auto-renew feature for Domain Privacy.
