After funds are added, how long will it take for them to show up in my account?
Credit Cards
The funds are added immediately.
PayPal
The funds are added immediately. Sometimes it may take up to 30 minutes for the PayPal deposit to come through. However, the process can be delayed for up to 12 hours.
If the funds are not added after a few hours, please contact our Billing/Sales department via Live Chat or submit a ticket providing your PayPal email and Unique PayPal transaction ID.
Cryptocurrency
The amount will show in your account within an hour after the payment clears. On rare occasions, it may take up to 24 hours for the amount to be credited to your account.
If the funds are not added to your account after a few hours, please contact our Billing/Sales department via Live Chat or submit a ticket indicating the following information:
Invoice (the invoice ID or invoice URL of the transaction in question, i.e. https://bitpay.com/invoice?id=xxx);
Your sending address;
Amount in cryptocurrency/$.
