Do you have server backups for EasyWP?
Yes, the database and files for each EasyWP website are being backed up once every day and stored for up to 14 days. We would like to note that these backups are made for server restoration purposes only. It is your responsibility to maintain local copies of your site's web content and information. A Backups feature is included in the EasyWP dashboard and you can use this tool to back up your files.
If a loss of data occurs, we will attempt to recover the data free of charge to the client. In case the EasyWP subscription was canceled and you would like to reactivate it and restore the website, we will attempt to recover the data from the most recent archive if it is available.

If you feel that something has happened to your data and you need us to retrieve it from the backup, please contact our Managed WordPress team via ticket system.
