The maximum size for email messages, including any attachments is currently set to 50 MB for Shared, Reseller, and Business packages. Emails that contain attachments with viruses/malware will be blocked by our spam filter.

For Private Email, the maximum size for an outgoing email is 50 MB. The maximum size for any single file attachment uploaded via Private Email webmail is 25 MB. It is possible to send 1 email to up to 50 recipients, including To, CC, and BCC fields.

Please note that emails are MIME encoded, which can increase the size of the email by 40%. This means a 35 MB file is the equivalent of 50 MB of space when MIME encoded for sending as an attachment.
