The maximum size for email messages, including any attachments is currently set to 55 MB for Private Email and 50 MB for Shared, Reseller, and Business packages. Emails that contain attachments with viruses/malware will be blocked by our spam filter.

Please note that emails are MIME encoded, which can increase the size of the email by 40%. This means a 35 MB file is the equivalent of 50 MB of space when MIME encoded for sending as an attachment.
