If you would like to pay for the renewal of a Private Email subscription that does not belong to you, you will need to do the following:
- Create a new Namecheap account and prefund it with the amount necessary for the subscription renewal. The instructions on how to add money to your Namecheap account can be found in this article.
- Email us to pesupport@namecheap.com and let us know the username and the Support PIN of the new Namecheap account. Once we receive your request, we will contact the Private Email subscription owner. If we receive no objections within the next 24 hours, we will withdraw the funds from your account and renew the subscription manually.
NOTE 1: We won't be able to provide you with access to the Private Email subscription. Please get in touch with the subscription owner if you wish to gain access to it.
