How can I connect my domain to my Adobe Portfolio?

To connect the domain name registered with Namecheap to your Adobe Portfolio, you will need to modify your domain’s DNS settings.

1. Locate the IP addresses for your domain in your Adobe Portfolio Dashboard as described here in Step 1.

2. If your domain is pointed to our BasicDNS, PremiumDNS or FreeDNS, you can configure the A records for your domain in the Namecheap account:

- Sign in to your Namecheap account.

- Select Domain List from the left navigation sidebar and click on the Manage button that appears in front of your domain name:

- Go to the Advanced DNS tab and find the Host records section. Click on Add New Record and create 4 new A records with the IP addresses from your Adobe Portfolio dashboard (are you unable to edit host records?):

- Save these changes by selecting the Save All Changes button.

Please ensure there are no conflicting records (A, CNAME, URL redirect records with different values but set for the same hosts) for your domain. If there are any, remove them by doing the following:

NOTE: It can take approx. 30 minutes for newly-created host records to take effect.
