Please be informed that a scheduled migration of Business Server 25 to the Datum data center will take place on Sunday, April 6, at 7:00 PM EDT | 23:00 UTC. The migration will ensure that the servers continue to deliver optimum performance.
Affected services: all hosting services;
Maintenance window: 5 hours;
Expected downtime: up to 2 hours.
If you wish to keep a local copy of your data, please download your backups before the maintenance window begins. After the migration, backups created before it will no longer appear in the Autobackup section of cPanel. However, if you need them and don’t have a local copy, you can still request them from our Support team.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. We will do everything possible to minimize disruption. As soon as the migration starts, you will be updated regularly via this blog post.
