Dear customers,
We’d like to inform you about an upcoming storage maintenance in the Production environment. It will take place on February 4, 2025, starting at 07:00 AM EST | 12:00 UTC.
Maintenance will happen on the websites, pointed to ingress daribow.ewp.live (IP addresses: 63.250.43.13 | 63.250.43.14) and ingress-derowd.ewp.live (IP addresses: 63.250.43.15 | 63.250.43.16) ALIAS records, where we will perform the customer databases migration from MySQL to MariaDB engine.
Duration: The maintenance will last up to 2,5 hours.
Service Impact: It is expected that during the maintenance period that customer websites might be set to maintenance mode for couple of minutes. Only part of websites pointed to the mentioned ALIAS records will be affected.
