Issues with Top-Up process using BitPay

Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing issues with the top-up process via BitPay. When attempting to deposit funds into your Namecheap account, you may encounter an error message that says: “Uh oh, something went wrong. Please try again!”

In the meantime, we recommend logging into BitPay in a separate tab before initiating the top-up process. After doing so, you should be able to complete the transaction without any issues via your Namecheap account.

Alternatively, you use another method of payment such as credit cards (we accept direct Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments), PayPal, or top up your Namecheap account funds using BTCPay.

Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA so far. We will surely keep you updated on the progress.
