[UPDATED] Intermittent Connectivity Issues with the .ID Domains Registry

We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with the .ID registry.  As a result, it may not be possible to register/renew/manage .ID domains.

We have escalated the issue to the GMO registry, managing the .ID domain name zone globally, and waiting for the updates from them.

Please allow some time for the issue to get resolved, and do not place new .ID domain-related orders for now.

The failed orders will be refunded or reprocessed by our team. Should you have some questions, please reach our support team by email or by starting a live chat.

Once we have any news, we will update this status post right away.
