This is to inform you about a forthcoming update and reboot of our remote FTP backup storage for dedicated servers. The maintenance will take place on February 11, 2025, at 3:00 AM EDT | 8:00 AM UTC. It is necessary to reboot the storage to apply the critical updates to BIOS, firmware and O/S to improve the overall stability and performance of our FTP service.
Maintenance window: 3 hours
Expected downtime: up to 3 hours
Services impacted: access to remote FTP backup storage and new backups creation will be unavailable during this maintenance. All other services on your dedicated servers are expected to work as usual.
