We recommend not to trigger these service requests as they may result in partial or complete failure. DNS will continue to operate normally.
Please allow some time for the issue to get resolved, and do not place new .COM.AU and .NET.AU domain-related orders for now.
The failed orders will be refunded or reprocessed by our Billing team. Should you have some questions, please reach out to our Support team by submitting a support ticket or starting a live chat.
