Sign in to your Namecheap Account Panel and go to the ‘Expiring/Expired’ section. Select ‘Products’ from the menu (for each product you would like to renew).
Click the checkbox of the hosting package you wish to renew, and choose ‘Add Selected’. Click ‘View Cart’ to go to your shopping cart.
Review your cart—and don’t forget to renew your Domain and SSL too.
Once you are happy with your choice, simply click ‘Confirm Order’ and complete your purchase. You will be sent an email confirming your order.

If you choose a package that costs more, you just need to pay the difference. If the package has a lower price we'll refund your account.

Will my site be affected when I upgrade to one of the new packages?
The upgrade may take about 15-30 minutes. During this time your website may be unavailable temporarily as the upgrade requires us to relocate your hosting from one server to another. Once it’s complete, your site will look exactly the same as it did previously.
Can I switch between payment plans (monthly to annually or vice versa)?
Yes you can. We've made it flexible so you can choose the payment plan that suits you. Just start a Live Chat and we can change your payment plan for you.
Does this offer come with free WhoisGuard, .website and up to 50 SSLs free for a year?
These offers are only available on newly-purchased plans, not renewals. However, if you add another domain via ‘Addon domains’ (in the cPanel menu or subdomain via ‘Subdomain’ menu), we can give you up to 50 free 1-year Positive SSLs, which can be activated for those new domains.
