Stand with Ukraine — how you can help

All around the world, people are standing with Ukraine.

On Fridays, we usually publish a roundup of the week’s tech news. Right now, there is no bigger news than what’s happening in Ukraine, and we thought that this week we would honor our friends, colleagues, and families that are facing unprovoked violence from Russia.

We at Namecheap hope you will consider showing your support by donating money to the Ukrainian cause through any of the following links.

  • How to Help Ukraine Now is a new website that has aggregated many different resources and can be a good starting point, especially for those in Europe.
  • Razom (Together) is a nonprofit in Ukraine founded in 2014 to promote a strong democracy within the country. They are now raising money for medical care and other humanitarian needs.
  • Voices of Children is a charitable foundation based in Ukraine. It is currently providing assistance to children and families affected by the conflict.
  • If you would like to support independent journalism, a cornerstone in the Ukrainian fight, Kyiv Independent has a GoFundMe asking for support.
  • Nova Ukraine is a US-based organization sending shipments of humanitarian aid. Their fundraising site is on Facebook.
  • José Andrés is using his World Central Kitchen team to provide “thousands of meals in Poland, Romania and even inside Ukraine.” Donate to his efforts.
  • In Ukraine’s eastern area, Caritas Ukraine is offering support to anyone needing it with field kitchens and temporary shelter and has a donations site set up if you wish to help.
  • The British Red Cross Ukraine crisis appeal is set up to collect donations that could help someone affected get food, medicines, and basic medical supplies, shelter, and water.
  • The Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) set up a GoFundMe at  #HelpUkraine Emergency Appeal. The fund aims to assist accredited and registered Ukrainian charities with medicine, food, and vital services. Donations can also pay for blankets, hygiene packs, and trauma counseling.

By no means is this an exhaustive list, but it should be enough to get you started. And it goes without saying that any assistance you can provide to Ukraine will help sustain their efforts to protect their people and remain an independent democratic nation.
