Enjoy the Luck of the Irish with these St. Patrick's Day Domains

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner.
If you’re thinking of creating a new website to celebrate the holiday, or if you want to celebrate your Irish heritage year-round, here are six new domains that are a perfect fit for your needs.

.Irish

Have a bit of Irish blood in your veins? There’s a domain name just for you.
Yes, you really can get a domain name that ends in .Irish instead of .com. Try searching for a domain like yourname.Irish. And .Irish domain names work just like any other domain, so you can even set up an email address like me@myname.Irish.

.Green

The .green domain name was created with eco-friendly ideas in mind, but anyone can register a .green domain for any reason. And with green being the official color of St. Patrick’s Day, it’s an ideal domain to celebrate the holiday.

Football club match

.Club

Got a special interest? Join a .club! If you love collecting shillelaghs, comparing the best Irish whiskeys, or engaging in a worldwide search for four-leaf clovers, it’s always better with friends. And if football (aka soccer) is your thing, get together with your mates to support your favorite FC with the .club domain.

.Gold

When I was a child we created a Leprechaun trap for St. Patrick’s day. We’d try to entice leprechauns into our trap with fake gold, hoping to catch them with our makeshift traps. We never caught any, but the leprechauns always left green candy behind. (Oddly, the leprechauns stopped coming when I moved out of my parent’s house for college.)
Although I’ve never caught a leprechaun, you can definitely catch a .gold domain at Namecheap.

friends in Irish pub

.Beer

Many people throughout the world celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a nice cold lager, stout or IPA. If you’re into home brewing, own a bar, write a beer blog, or enjoy craft beer, there won’t be a better domain name for you to register.

.Pub

St. Patrick’s Day is a great opportunity to find your favorite Irish pub to celebrate the holiday.
And although the creators of .Pub had hop-filled establishments in mind, a lot of people also use .pub domain names as short for “publish”. So this is a great domain even if you’re not into drinking beer!
So don’t forget to wear .green when you head to the .pub (or .club) to drink a .beer while searching for your .Irish roots and looking for .gold at the end of the rainbow. Register your next .com, or any of these new domain choices, right here at Namecheap. May the luck of the Irish be upon you!
