It’s worth noting that while domains can be renewed at any time, other products like hosting and SSL Certificates and Hosting can only be renewed if you’re close to your natural expiry date.
If you aren’t given the option to renew hosting with the discount, you can still open a support ticket with our billing team, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
